Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope it meets your expectations. Please note that goods once sold cannot be returned and hence, there will be no refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the hearing aids, you may have the same replaced or exchanged, details of which are given below.
Replacement
Replacement of hearing aid(s) of the same model purchased from us can be done only once within 15 days from the date of purchase. Packaging of the sold hearing aid(s) must be in proper condition.
Exchange
Exchange of hearing aid(s) is possible only once within 15 days from the date of purchase, if hearing aids of a higher value is purchased in exchange. Packaging of the sold hearing aid(s) must be in proper condition.
To replace or exchange hearing aid(s), you are advised to visit any of our clinics. Alternatively, you may place the items securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and then mail your return to the following address:
