We are fully committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, who are free to walk into our clinic anytime for adjustments or reprogramming of their hearing aids.
At C.C. Saha Ltd., we have a dedicated service help desk for hearing aids – all under one roof. If the hearing aid purchased from us is covered under warranty, we send it to the concerned manufacturer and get the same repaired or serviced free of cost (as per warranty guidelines). In case, the hearing aid is not covered under warranty, we send it to the company and on the basis of the estimate and subsequent approval of the customer, we get the same repaired and handed over at the approved cost.
